Elemental Celebrates 2 Year Anniversary
TROY, MI, (NAMC) - Just as a toddler turns those first, faltering steps and nonsensical syllables into running jumps and expressive exclamations, the Troy-based strategic creative company Elemental is stringing together a litany of successes and making a name for itself as it approaches its second birthday.

"It feels great to be hitting our stride as we reach our second anniversary," says Edward "Teduardo" Canaday, Elemental’s Managing Partner of Creative Development. "And honestly, with the advances in new media, from websites geared towards mobile phones to content for video iPods and podcasting, to the strategy behind it all, we’re just getting started."

Formed in the fall of 2003, Elemental’s first year included interactive projects for ACDelco and ArvinMeritor and an e-commerce website for the launch and sale of Nokia’s Jay-Z artist branded Black Phone. A relationship with the Birmingham, MI based event marketing company Clear!Blue yielded several online and interactive products for high profile clients DaimlerChrysler and Compuware, all while Elemental provided design, post production and web-based services to a diverse clientele. Elemental even produced a music video for LA-based recording artist, television personality (Pimp My Ride) and movie star (8 Mile, xXx: State of the Union) Xzibit.

2005 has seen the addition of creative editorial house Silo Post, innovative learning specialists Kumon North America, Ford Motor Company and Jack Morton Worldwide to Elemental’s client list. Most exciting, though, has been Elemental’s own evolution towards serving its clients’ strategic, new media marketing needs.

Elemental specializes in strategic creative solutions to the challenges and opportunities presented by the new media environment. In-house services include strategic and creative development, visual design, audio, video, web and interactive CD-ROM and DVD production. Product development is an important part of Elemental’s operations, including proprietary solutions for podcasting, event management, e-learning, and the measurement and analysis of interactive campaigns.

Elemental’s purpose is to help clients develop greater awareness and interaction within their target markets through the creative and efficient use of Deep Canvas, the ever-evolving world of new media, with which Elemental is intimately involved. Happy birthday 2.0, Elemental.
