LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) - Network service assurance products and services provider. Cheswick, Pennsylvania based Tollgrade Communications, Inc (NASDAQ: TLGD) has completed the acquisition of Energy Systems N.A.

The wireline system unit of Emerson Network Power, a subsidiary of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) was purchased for approximately $5.5 million in cash, the unit could add over $7 million in revenues to Tollgrade in 2006.
