Verisign to Acquire m-Qube
LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) – One of the leading providers of Internet and telecommunications infrastructure services, VeriSign, Inc (NASDAQ: VRSN) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire leading mobile channel enabler company m-Qube.
This is one in a series of acquisitions that Verisign has been making as of late, they recently acquired both 3united and Kontik, which just added to their digital content platform. Their digital content platform allows users of Verisign to provide on demand mobile and broadband services.
Verisign closed at $23.22 on Friday.
