Seamless Wi-Fi to Acquire Mini Computer Patent
LAS VEGAS, NV, (NAMC) – Wireless Internet security company, Las Vegas, Nevada based Seamless Wi-Fi (OTCBB: SLWF) has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement with privately held Vercel Development for the patent rights to a mini computer named Entertainment Device or “ED.” According to a Form 8-K filing by Seamless Wi-Fi, the company has agreed to purchase the “ED” patent for approximately $500,000. They have further agreed to pay royalties to Vercel as it relates to sales, if a sale is executed from Seamless Wi-Fi’s efforts then Vercel receives 10% of the sale, if from Vercel’s efforts then Vercel receives 15%. This is just one more step that Seamless Wi-Fi has taken to solidify their position in the wireless Internet industry.
