Qualcomm Puts Broadcom on the Coals Again
 SAN FRANCISCO, CA, (NAMC) – Wireless communication products company Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) has brought a new suit against Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM). Qualcomm is claiming that Broadcom has infringed on a chipset patent and also violated Qualcomm’s trade secrets as it relates to the marketing of wireless chipsets as well as using the technology to unfairly compete.
This latest lawsuit brings the total number of suits from Qualcomm against Broadcom to three.
