Pharmacopeia Enters into Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb
 NEW YORK, NY, (NAMC) – Pharmacopeia Drug Discovery (NASDAQ: PCOP) has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) for compounds that contain dual angiotensin (AT1) and endothelin (ETA) receptor antagonist (DARA) activity that were discovered by Bristol-Myers Squibb.
According to Pharmacopeia, the company plans on initiating preclinical development studies immediately.
Pharmacopeia closed at $5.93 on Friday as the stock is trying to create a new base.
