Waste Services Proposes Reverse Stock Split
 LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) - It looks like a reverse stock split is on the way for Waste Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSII) , as the company has public stated that they will be proposing this to their board for approval at its annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2006. The split to be proposed is one common share for three shares of common stock, this would reduce the current outstanding shares by 66%, there are currently 103,415,600 shares of common stock outstanding.
