LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) - The Graduate Management Admission Test or GMAT is actually taking their show on the road, literally. They have arranged for a mobile test center to hit the road on a 27-state tour Tuesday in Stockton, Califorina, this is part of a pilot project by the Graduate Management Admission Council, better known as GMAC, to explore ways to make the GMAT more accessible to people interested in attending business school.
The GMAT Mobile Test Center is scheduled to visit 49 colleges and universities in 27 states during its seven-month, cross-country journey. They will make stops at several military installations, historically black colleges and universities, and Hispanic-serving institutions.
On this Halloween the GMAT bus will commence its mission and the first stop will be the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
The last scheduled stop on this tour is Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, and that would be on May 31, 2007.
