LOS ANGELES, CA, (NAMC) - Telecommunications investment company, NexGen Telecom, LLC, has recently acquired the assets of the bankrupt U.S. Digital Television, LLC. In addition to their acquisition from bankruptcy court they also added The MountainWest Sports Network to the USDTV service.
At one point U.S. Digital Television was a pioneer in the digital and high-definition pay television arena, and they did this via a run of the mill television antenna, according to the company. But sometimes those companies that pave the way for an industry get left by the way side as it seems to be the case of U.S. Digital. So now it is being brought back to life at a time when it may just be able to blossom.
At the helm of this venture is founder and chairman of NexGen Telecom, LCC Charles S. McNeil, he has appointed a key piece of the puzzle for the company's success in a man by the name of Steve Lindsley, the new CEO of U.S. Digital Television.
Although the company is currently privately held it just be a matter of time before they enter into the public arena and perhaps they'll use NAMC Worldwide to work with them along the way.
