The Hurricane Dean computer models have positioned its projected path over the Mexican states of Yucatán, Campeche, and Quintana Roo. While Puerto Rico, the British Virgin Islands, the Dominican Repulic, Haiti, St. Lucia, Montserrat, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, Barbuda, Grenada, Barbados, St. Vincent, Saba, St. Marten, St. Eustatius and the Grenadines are all on a tropical storm warning according to reports.
In Texas, the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry activated Texas military and task forces in preparation for the potential damage that Hurricane Dean may inpose.
