NEW YORK, NY (NAMC) - One of the premiere investment banking and commodities consulting firms, NAMC Worldwide, has announced that the company will be launching its Private Equity Divisions in early 2008.
The general focus initially will be investments in small cap companies based in the United States but with global expansion projections.
Sectors that are of interest are technology, medical technology, wholesale pharmaceutical distribution and real estate investment trusts. Private companies should have their financials, 5-year projections, and business plan prepared. The officers of the private company should also be the majority owners of the company, ownership breakdown is required.
Public companies should make available their SEC filings, ownership breakdown, trading history and projections.
The investment range is dependent on the overall company, their funding requirements, use of funds, and the management team that is currently in place. Investments from US$5 million and above would be the normal investment for this sector.
Serious consideration would be given to those small cap companies with multi-billion projects on the table with the business plan and projections completed. Some examples of projects are real estate development, a major acquisition, and development of infrastructure.
NAMC would also consider the total acquisition of companies in the wholesale pharmaceutical distribution and real estate sectors in the United States that fit our criteria.
Although the Private Equity Division will begin investments in early 2008, NAMC Worldwide is inviting those companies that fit the above criteria to contact us in advance at 888-463-9237.
